These terms describe what you can expect from SkillBloom and what we expect from you when you use the platform.
1. Your account
Accounts are created by a SkillBloom administrator and activated by you through an emailed activation link. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
2. Course access
Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream course videos and download the accompanying materials for your own learning. Access lasts for as long as your account remains active and the course remains published.
3. Acceptable use
Do not share your login, re-publish or resell course content, attempt to download protected video streams, scrape the platform, or upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material. Trainers are additionally responsible for holding the rights to everything they upload.
4. Certificates
A completion certificate is issued automatically when you finish every published lesson in a course. Certificates confirm completion of SkillBloom coursework only; they are not an accredited academic or professional qualification.
5. Suspension and termination
We may deactivate an account that breaches these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Deactivation removes access to courses; certificates already issued remain verifiable by their code.
6. Changes to these terms
When we materially change these terms we publish a new version here and record the change in our administrative audit log. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
